Our Firm has acted, and advised clients, in relation to various domestic and cross border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures (concentrations). We were the first law firm in Cyprus which completed a cross border merger within the European Union and are often called upon to apply our expertise to complex local and cross-border transactions involving, more often than not, a significant financing or re-financing element.
